YARO Trains Community-based Agents on Social Marketing
The Youth Advocacy on Rights and Opportunities (YARO), under its USAID Social Marketing and Private Sector Activity, has trained over 140 Community Based Agents in Nanumba North, Nanumba South, Tamale Metro and Kpandai districts.
This activity seeks to promote and strengthen access to social marketing products on family planning and maternal neonatal child health commodities, as well as strengthen and enhance the role of private Community Based Agents and other private sector players to create space for family planning towards achievement of FP2030 commitments.
Under this activity, YARO is partnering with Total Family Health Organization (TFHO) to achieve its overall objective of the social marketing and private sector activity on demand creation activities (market campaigns, community engagement activities and house to house).
The social marketing and private sector activity is one of the activities by YARO under Total Family Health Organization (TFHO) and funded by USAID.
